How do I access my Microsoft OneDrive?

There are 4 ways to access your Microsoft OneDrive.
Note: For all methods of using OneDrive, you need to sync your local folder on your computer to your OneDrive in the cloud or those files will not be accessible outside of your computer.

Method 1 - Use LiveAC

  1. Login to
  2. Click the icon in the top left (a 3 by 3 grid of squares).
  3. Click the OneDrive icon. You can now access your files.

Method 3 - Download the mobile app

If you have a cell phone or tablet, you can download the OneDrive mobile app to your device to access your files.

Method 4 - Download the desktop app

You can download the OneDrive app and install locally on your Windows computer. If your computer has Windows 8.1 or Windows RT 8.1, OneDrive desktop app is already built in. (So OneDrive desktop app Setup won't appear if you try to install it.) A setting is installed that lets you use Office to work on OneDrive documents with other people at the same time, but no other features are installed.
