The short answer is: if you need help with your ACSIS password, network account, printing, BYOD software, Wifi, or eText get an Express Lane card from the ITS Service Desk instead of getting into the long line.
Historically, at the start of term there are long lines at the ITS Service Desk. Often the problems students are in line to get solved can be quickly resolved... once you are through the line. The ITS Express Lane is a series of cards available at the service desk. These cards provide you with simple, fast steps to follow so you can get setup up with the IT services you need to start classes.
On the back of each card there are 6 IT topics, each with a Knowledge Base (KB) number. If you go to the ITS Help Centre
and type this number into the search you match 1 article that will help you with that topic.
On the front of each card you will find the topic at the top, and a short series of steps that walk you through that topic. Note:
