I cannot log into my Lynda.com account. What can I do?

Article SummaryIf you didn't use your college email address for your Lynda account, you will likely need to recreate your account.
Instructions
If you created your account before March 2014 and you used an email address other than your Algonquin College email address (What is my student email address?), your account was removed. You can still use Lynda.com if you are a student or employee at the college, but you will need to create a new account.

Note: Your Lynda.com profile must be created using your Algonquin College email address. This profile is specific to Lynda.com and doesn't have any connection with your Algonquin network account. It is recommended that you use a different password to access your Lynda.com account.
