To change the recorded greeting on your voicemail using your telephone

  1. Lift the receiver on your Cisco phone, and select your extension.
  2. Dial extension 1400.
  3. Enter your 6-digit PIN.
  4. Press 4 for Options.
  5. Press 1 for Standard Greeting.
  6. Follow the prompts to record your new greeting.
  7. When done, test your new greeting by calling from another phone to listen to your new greeting.
Note: You can change other information for your telephone (such as recorded name, and other settings) while you are using this menu.
