My VPN connection terminated when I logged into Secure Portal. Why is this?

Article SummaryYou can only connect to one of these services at a time.
You need to use only one method to connect - either "Cisco AnyConnect client" or the "Secure Portal", but not both.
If you attempt to access the Secure Portal after connecting with the Cisco AnyConnect client, it will result in disconnections.

 Note: You cannot connect to the Secure Portal or VPN if you are connected to the college network.
