My VPN connection terminated when I logged into Secure Portal. Why is this?

Answer
You need to use one of the "Cisco AnyConnect client" or the "Secure Portal", but not both. If you attempt to access the Secure Portal after connecting with the Cisco AnyConnect client, it may result in disconnections. For help, see How do I connect to VPN? or How do I log onto the Algonquin College Secure Portal?

 Note: You cannot connect to the Secure Portal or VPN if you are connected to the college network.
